The discussion around legacy has been framed in the narrow limits of association events, but as it was stated correctly during the last session: "Associations are not simply event organisers. We do events with a purpose." During this meeting, we will discuss how to align association purpose, values, strategy, and operations to increase impact for the association, the society and the planet.

Considering the constant crisis mode that we operate in, we will also try to understand how to do long-term planning (policy commitments and contributions, SDGs, members engagement/mobilisation, performance and impact indicators, etc) and how to react during disruptive and critical times that may have a profound impact to the life and legacy of an association.

Following the successful inaugural event in January, "Legacy: What do we even mean?", we would like to invite all EASE members interested in legacy and impact for Associations', to join the respective community meeting on Tuesday, 12 April from 12.00 – 13.00 CET.
