Although we have covered a lot of ground talking about Diversity in our organisations, especially in terms of gender balance and wage parity (check out ESAE's DEI declaration here​), we still have a lot of progress to achieve regarding Inclusion.

How are Associations tackling ageism in the workplace? And what about including staff members or volunteer leaders of diverse sexual inclinations? Do our members with disabilities have equal opportunities to access our events or other activities? And how about our policies when it comes to the expression of political beliefs for our staff and members?
