Event Details

The upcoming EU elections mark a significant moment in EU policymaking. It is also a crucial period for Associations to inform the debate, by drafting manifestos and monitoring the EU legislative process. Their role is essential to ensure that the diverse voices of stakeholders are heard.

ESAE's inaugural event at the European Parliament aims to unite Association Executives and EU policymakers to discuss ways to enhance their impact and create a transparent, integrated, efficient, and inclusive ecosystem.

We're delighted to have Spanish MEP Gabriel Mato hosting the session, while ESAE's Advocacy Community Leaders, Rosa Armesto and Guido Lobrano, will co-moderate the panel discussion.

Agenda:

16:30: Registrations and security checks

17:00 - 17:30: Welcome and keynote speeches

17:30 - 18:30: Panel debate

18:30 - 19:30: Networking Cocktail

Due to an overwhelming number of registrations, we are only able to accept new registrations from persons who already have a badge to enter the European Parliament.
