How to ensure the resilience of a strategy?

Elaborating a strategy is a challenge. Implementing a strategy can be an even bigger challenge. Keeping a strategy alive and fit for purpose may be an even greater challenge.

At a time when the world is facing multiple crises and major geopolitical changes are creating turbulence, how can we keep a strategy efficient and fit for purpose? How do we evaluate when and how to adapt a strategy in response to unexpected external or internal changes?
