This concise booklet covers crucial aspects of Association leadership, including strategy, legal, governance, human resources, taxes, and accounting, providing you with the essential knowledge to navigate your new role effectively.


During this session for Association leaders only, the authors will present the toolkit, and you'll have the chance to engage in discussions with fellow leaders, sharing experiences from your early days in leadership and exploring the soft and hard skills needed to succeed.
