The Pros and Cons for Outsourcing - A joint ESAE-AC Forum webinar!

Services provided to members are the core of any Association's activities. Depending on the sector an Association represents, its culture and the needs of its members, these services can vary significantly, even for organisations of similar size and field of operations. An Association's Strategy and Governance Structure used to be rather static and difficult to change over time. However, the fast-paced environment in which we work, and the growing and continuously changing needs of our members and partners force us to rethink our offering, organizational structure, and staff allocation and retention.

Trade Associations and Professional Societies in particular used to have radically different philosophies around which services and functions to outsource to external providers (consultancies, PCOs, freelance agents), and what to keep in-house.

During this first collaboration between AC Forum and the European Society of Association Executives, we will delve into a high-level discussion that will help us identify the pros and cons of each practice, and how these need to be constantly reviewed for an Association to remain fit for purpose.

Who should join: Association Leaders (CEOs, Secretary Generals and Managing Directors, and their Deputies) and top management of European and International Associations. Heads of Operations, HR, and Public Affairs).

The session is free but exclusive to members of AC Forum and ESAE.
