Associations preach too much to the converted and are late to realize that likes and shares in social media doesn't necessarily bring new members or helps retain the current ones.


Membership retention has been the primary focus of Associations since Covid-19 came into the picture. Membership and communication professionals had to redraw their plans and launch new inititatives to ensure that there wouldn't be any loses.
